Kenjirou felt the grip of Sena, noticing the shakiness and fretting about her, even if she seemed to express otherwise. Clasping his hands over the one that poked him twice, he placed it over his chest, notably the area where his heart would be. He stared deep into Sena's eyes, knowing that something was up. While he wanted to stay here with her longer, it seemed she wasn't completely here with Kenjirou, her mind and eyes lingering elsewhere- Like something was troubling her.
" I won't lie, I can't help but feel like you are detached from this moment with me. Is something the matter? You would tell me if something was bothering you Sena, wouldn't you? "
Obviously he knew his guilt trips well, forcing Sena into a corner of questioning, where she would either tell him truthfully, or feel bad for not confiding her problems with him- Her lover. After all, Kenjirou was trusted by Sena to be a Demon King, so shouldn't she be able to share burdens like this with him? Kenjirou himself certainly thought so, squeezing gently the hand of Sena's that was still placed over his chest, above his beating heart.
" Whatever it is, I think you should go back to the Human world. I think I can tell you don't exactly like it here as much, and to be honest if I didn't literally feel at home , it wouldn't be as appealing to me either. Let's go rest for the night in my room, and I'll see to it that you can head out first thing in the morning. Do we have a deal? "
If Sena would accept his offering, Kenjirou would take her to his room, where they would be sleeping together. Fortunately Kenjirou wasn't in the mood to try pressing the issue of him and Sena doing intimate things, which meant he could simply adore the blonde Human in true peace. His bed was made of similar ebon stone, with black and grey furs, with feather pillows and blankets of identical shades. It was definitely the pampered life, and while Kenjirou hadn't been used to it for quite some time, nostalgia still had it's way of creeping up on him.
