POWER CEILINGS: With powers come control and abilities, here at Six Kings we allow the player to create and define their ability after submitting their general info for their character. They choose from one of the categories from the power thread and then create an ability within that category. After you type up a description of your power, we will set a maximum output of what your power can do at your current rank, with this maximum output, or "Ceiling", as we call it, your character is capable of doing anything with their power under that ceiling.
Every time you rank up, the maximum output of your ability can be increased, such as power, range, effects, and more. Once you have ranked up, you resubmit your power with its new additions and have it judged by the staff to make sure the ceiling is adequate.
FIGHTING STYLE: A fighting style is just a simple explanation of how your character fights within combat— is the character one that is skilled in swordsmanship and uses their powers to aid them with their style. Or, is your character a street fighter, one that fights in any way to survive; the styles can be endless. The fighting style itself, should just be an explanation; an insight of your character's way of fighting. This should be above techniques. Lastly, there is no fighting-style template for this site; just give us the style and details when applying.
TECHNIQUES: The "Power Ceiling" will act as a guideline that will assist you greatly with how to your techniques works; what will be out of the norm for you, and what will be right up your character's lane. Now, their is a limit on how many techniques you are able to have with a character, the maximum being five(5). You gain one technique per class rank up you achieve. Example, if you are a D-Class Demon/Human, you will start with a single technique; it's power, range, and etc. already being depicted by your "Power Ceiling." Then when you achieve C-Class you will now gain another technique, totaling to two now, and it goes on until you have achieve five(5).
Your techniques will also increase in strength, speed, range, and etc. depending on your rank-up and physical capabilities points when upgraded. Similar to the series, when Yusuke Urameshi gained his first ability— the Spirit Gun; he was only able to fire a single shot per day, over time he gained better control and was allowed to use it numerous times. The same scenario works here on Six Kings, your techniques will not be limited to the sense of once per day, or anything of the sort. Though, you are not yet a complete master of your techniques, unless you rank-up, and etc.
With that being said, just be logical, reasonable when creating your techniques. I do not want to see a D-Class summoning a fire tornado the size of the skyscraper building, things of that sort will be denied instantly. We are allowing your creativity to flow, whilst just asking you to be moderate. Lastly, there is no technique template for this site; just give us the name and details when applying.
