Here at Six Kings we have difficulty settings, which helps members and yourself know what kind of roleplayer you are. This helps prevents issues, such as characters dying, being in Death-Enabled(DE) threads, and etc. You can choose your own setting, and cannot change it after.
EASY / BEGINNER: The most basic of the settings, anyone who chooses this most likely prefers to post without worrying about facing anything death threatening. This character is never placed in a death-enabled thread, basically they are immune to death. Consequently, because of this, players will be ineligible to participate in the death-enabled events and site-plots. Players choosing this setting can only obtain C-Class, and cannot ever enter, engage in, or commence Death-Enabled combat at all.
NORMAL / INTERMEDIATE: A bit more advanced, though not truly hard in anyway. Death-Enabled situations may present itself to you time to time, via events, site-plots, and choosing to open yourself to this environment. If you take it upon yourself to strike someone, whom did not agree to said fight; you will automatically become death-enabled. Also, you are able to choose if you want to join death-enabled events, and site-plots that can cause your character to die. Basically just needs your permission, or even an implied permission (such as what mentioned earlier, attacking someone who did not agree to said fight), to be in a death-enabled thread. Players choosing this setting can become B-Class.
HARD / ADVANCED: The name says it all. Reserved for those with a no-holds barred RP mentality, only the most seasoned role-players should choose this setting due to its demand. High in intensity, death-enabled situations will appear at all times. That's right - under this difficulty, the PC will be Death Enabled at all times. Players choosing this setting can reach a maximum power of S-Class, and will be able to unlock and pursue all perks, that the site will have to offer them and more!
With Advanced level RPers, any thread they're in are openly death enabled. PVP experience is expected and lack of complaint when things do not go in their favor.
Although this can feel like you're in an actual episode or chapter in a manga of unpredictable circumstances, know that there are rules:
-For those hoping to break a thread unannounced: All of the characters' profiles must state that they're of Advanced level before you enter their thread. Otherwise, PM permission will be required for those of Intermediate level. You can never break into a thread if there are any Beginner levels in the thread.
-When breaking inside of/invading another role player(s)' thread, your character's class must at be equivalent or less than the character with the highest class in said thread. You can never break in a thread if you're a B class demon trying to fight all D class humans.
-Up to only [equal to the number of participants already in the thread] number of role players can break into/invade 1 thread at a time. For example, you can have 3 role players at your side in this invasion only if there happens to be at least 3 role players already in the thread together.
-To avoid abuse, you can only invade the same person only once a month. Random encounters is highly encouraged, but doing this for the sake to abuse someone will get you banned.
WARNING: Choose wisely. Although you can later on put in the RP request to improve your difficulty level for your character, you cannot go the other way around. If you decide to go Advance, there's no turning back!
