For your first ability, you will not be able to just keep spawning so many swords, seeing as they'd have to float or something at that point (Going passed two swords spawned). At most you will have a sword for each hand, because it is extremely unorthodox to do anything like Killer Bee with such absurdly large/long swords, even if they are supposed to be capable of adjusting in size. Secondly, it doesn't make sense to say the weapon appears weightless to you, but then mention it can increase in weight- It goes against what you depict about your weapon. If that is supposed to imply damage output, you'd have to use strength stats to imply such a thing, which would have nothing to do with adjusting the sword size/shape/weight, and wouldn't work with this technique, but in a new one. So those both need to be taken out.

As for your second ability, I am sorry to say, you will never be able to drain energy from your opponent to gain as your own. That defeats the whole purpose of paying an equivalent cost, since that just gives 100% of it back to you, and is basically an instant mill-type power that just aims to defeat the opponent without much more than just negating everything for what is essentially no cost to you. You'll only be able to pay an equivalent cost of what they pay if equal or higher ranked than them. If they are higher ranked than you, you'll have to pay an equivalent cost, plus an Effort.

As for your powers in general, either the concept/theme for your powers is going to need better ways of describing how these techs do relate to each-other, or some of your technique ideas will have to be pitched. Because, to me, the powers are vaguely linked, if at all by the way it's written. I'd suggest more ordinary/plain wording, and just explain that your weapon is meant to accomplish certain feats of destruction, based on physical and spiritual anomalies/phenomenon that deal with manipulating the properties of his weapon, it's energy(s).

Like your sword being comprised of energy, which you say allows it to change shape, size, weight, etc. If so, then you should say the type of energy the sword is made of/utilizes can also be adjusted, thus dimensional cutting energies come into play at a later rank. I know it's tedious, but you gotta make it out to be a theme. Especially because you're a Weaponizer, and not an Outcast, your powers should have some sort of connection/link able to be made between them.
