I made edits to your profile, taking things out and/or adding in new text/limitations which are highlighted in blue font. If you make these changes, I can approve you. Remember that each class-up your abilities will be upgraded, although I did already mention the few upgrades that will be taking place, just to assure you your powers will get stronger.

For starters, fix your stats. Cant't put two (2) stats in one physical trait with the same two points given from the same class. Sorry about that.

POWER CEILINGS

Rue's power ceiling for "Reality Vacuum" allows him to disseminate or nullify the abilities of entities at his class or lower at contact range at the equivalent cost of what is being nullified.


TECHNIQUES

Karahou 空歩 (Vacuum Stride)
Using his Reiki's unique grip on space, Rue is capable of slipping between the folds of reality to instantaneously transport himself moderate distances. To accomplish this, Rue must have a point of entry and a point of arrival that he can easily conceptualize in distance and position, limiting the distance he can travel to around (distance), and cannot pass through barriers specifically designed to impede travel between spaces, such as the Kekkai Barrier. Using this technique requires that he expand the influence of his Reiki to grip the space surrounding his person, allowing him and anything on his person to be transported.

Karahou carries another stipulation regarding its point of arrival, in that Rue cannot transport himself into space with significantly denser concentrations of energy and willpower than his entry point, meaning that during a battle, his point of arrival must be of equal or farther distance from his opponent than his entry point; this unfortunately detracts from the techniques usefulness in offensive strategy. Costs an Effort each time he teleports, and the maximum distance he can currently teleport is five (5) meters, increasing by five (5) each class-up.



Karatoge 空棘 (Vacuum Splinter)
Using this technique, Rue pierces the body of his opponent with a fragment of his Reiki, leaving a splinter of the Reality Vacuum trapped inside their body. This splinter has no physical presence and thus creates no wound, but its presence inside the body is an obstacle to the flow of energy and strength, reducing it by half, and causes pain and a slow trickling of the target's energy for as long as it remains in the body. Delivering the Karatoge requires Rue to make physical contact with the opponents body, through which the splinter can flow; it also requires Rue to exert two (2) Efforts of his Reiki to extend his spiritual aura to produce a 'splinter'.

Targets affected by the splinter lose an additional Casual of energy each time the use an ability, and are afflicted with a deep pain centered on the point of contact through which the splinter was delivered whenever that part of the body is strained. The effects of Karatoge last for six (6) posts before the target's system flushes the splinter from their body, or until the target is treated by restorative powers capable of purifying the aura. The amount of posts increases by two (2) each class up, and adds an extra Casual amount of energy drained from his opponent each time spiritual energy is used.
